“ I recommend asking to mix the malaysian peanut + red thai chilli sauces, it tasted very nice and wasn’t spicy. I got a large tofu with fresh egg noodles. What would make this better is it they gave slightly less noodle and slightly more vegetables. With the amount of noodles they gave, I couldn’t finish it on my own. Note that it takes about 10 minutes to prepare as they make it fresh and get many orders, but it’s nice and hot when it does come. I thought that paying $4 to get more vegetables is a bit much, I probably would have done it for $2 extra though. I also had the taro bubble tea and recommend the taste. The person in front of me said that the tapioca pearls crumbled (normally elsewhere they are squishy) and the owner didn’t know whether the lychee jelly contained gelatin (which wouldn’t be vegetarian) so I asked not to put any toppings in the bubble tea. It still tasted good but you miss the full BBT experience without any “bubbles”. It would be nice if the chopsticks were in fully sealed packages. They only have take-out boxes but I put it into a bowl at home. There’s room for improvement in little things mentioned above but I’d definitely have it again as it tastes so good. ”
“ The Salt Spring Wok Bar is a cute and charming little place run by a very nice family! Ordering is easy - choose your sauce, noodle, and protein, then order at the window. I had the pad Thai with rice noodles and tofu. The service was fast and everyone was super friendly. I admired how they repurposed the parking spot in front of their store to set up 4 tables. More stores should do this! ”

“ We were looking for something fast and filling and found this take out place which had been in operation since 2019. Lots of Asian sauce, 3 protein and 3 carb options - easy peasy to choose. Food was pipng hot and we received them within 5 minutes. A little more vege would have been nicer. ”
